Hi and welcome to HTML Graphics Marketplace! 👋
We’re SPX Graphics and we are delighted to have you here. We hope you enjoy your stay. When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘SPX Graphics’; we are identifying ourselves as the owners and operators of the HTML Graphics Marketplace sites. Our SPX ecosystem and HTML Graphic Marketplace as a part of it helps people around the world to get creative, get exposure and earn online. By creating an account and agreeing to our terms, you become a valued member of our community. This account will enable you to buy and sell various items available on the HTML Graphics Marketplace platform.
We created these Guidelines to make HTML Graphics Marketplace a vivid ecosystem between HTML graphics developers and users. This guideline is a living document and will keep evolving and improving over time.
General
This is a global community of HTML graphics specialists consisting of designers, developers and customers. The HTML Graphics Marketplace platform empowers members to buy and sell templates, asset, workflows, utilities and other tools related to HTML graphics production. We are not vendor specific, currently we support SPX, LiveOS, CasparCG, Loopic and more partners are joining this growing ecosystem.
Keep it safe for everyone
It is important to keep the marketplace safe. But we can’t do it alone. We need your help to keep selling and buying safe for everyone. To keep you safe, all communication takes place on the platform and you must not share any personal or financial information outside of the platform.
We encourage innovation - not copying or stealing.
Communication
Everything goes via the Marketplace. We use email and the Intercom Messenger widget on the website for communication and each new discussion will become a ticket and recipients will get copies of all correspondence.
Keep it nice and friendly. Buyers and sellers on SPX Graphics Marketplace are real people. Treat them like you would your friend or neighbor. Clearly represent yourself and your items/services to them. Only list items you really intend to sell, and at a price you are ready to sell it at.
Keep it legal
We follow the law. So should you. All listed items must be legal to sell and legal to deliver. You as a seller are responsible for any assets in your products, including font files, images or other media. Respect copyright and licenses of each item. If you don’t own it, don’t sell it.
Prohibited content
We do not tolerate or publish sexual, racist, violent or other offensive content. In unclear situations we may deactivate your product and ask to make changes. In the worst case your account can be banned and all associated products deactivated.
All products are checked and tested by the operators, so these problems are not likely. Examples of these situations are:
- Listings that provide false or misleading information
- Phishing and malware
- Identity theft

Becoming a Seller
How can I become a seller?
Anybody can sign up to the Marketplace and can start selling their products. Every submitted product will go through an approval process, to make sure the product works and complies with our guidelines.
Entering the realm of selling is a straightforward process. If you are reading this, you are already a member and have accepted our HTML Graphic Marketplace Terms of Service. These terms outline the relationships, rights and responsibilities of sellers in relation to us and the buyers utilizing the HTML Graphic Marketplace. By agreeing to these terms, you commit to listing your items on the HTML Graphic Marketplace and making them accessible to buyers as specified in the Terms of Service.
Signing up and Setting up your Seller Profile
First you need to sign up before you can list any products.
In your Profile card, these items will show:
- Hero image
- Description
- Joined date
- Average product review rating
- All listings / with filtering/sorting
- Reviews and ratings (Reviews from customers / Reviews as a customer)
Certified Supplier ⛊
Some sellers may be promoted as “a certified supplier” with a green badge next to their name. To get this, you need to have professional products and support and you will need to have an active dialogue with Operators. Certified Supplier status cannot be bought - it is earned and the bar will be kept fairly high.
Transactions and Stripe
Each seller will need to have an active Stripe account for transactions. You will be asked to login or register to Stripe when posting your first product.
Listings / products
Once you have signed up, you can start listing your products!
Required properties of a listing
Marketplace is for digital downloads, not for shoes or arts & crafts. And moreover, for assets and tools for HTML graphics production, so it must be related to HTML graphic’s workflows somehow. And in most cases it must be compatible with SPX, the operators of this Marketplace.
Each listing must have these mandatory properties filled:
- Category
- Product type (plugin, extension, template, pack…)
- Product name
- Price
- Description (rich text)
- Main product image
- Link to external documentation
- Minimum 3 tags
And they can have these optional properties:
- Additional product images
- a YouTube video
Product images
All images should be in 16:9 aspect ratio and their optimal pixel size is 1920x1080px (HD), file format JPG, PNG or GIF for animated images. Maximum file size 5Mb. You can use this image as a template for your product images.
Describing the item
Be sure to include as much information in your listing as possible. Shoppers want to know exactly what they’re purchasing. Describing and giving examples on your item can help a shopper picture themselves buying and using it. Again; get inspired by browsing other items, but no copy-paste, be innovative!
Categories
For categories, we have a high-level structure. When listing a product, you need to choose one category for the product (and one only). Currently, there are 5 categories:
- SPX Graphics
- SPX Graphics for Zoom
- Utilities
- Services
- LiveOS
Tags
When listing a product, you must add at least 3 tags to describe your product. You can choose from two types of tags:
- Features, functionality, usage
- Style
Category and tags enable better searchability.
Pricing
Price matters
If you have a tool that took you months to make, you are actively supporting it and professional users are using it for paid productions, you can consider it a valuable tool and should be priced accordingly. But if you have a simple and basic, one-off product it should be kept very affordable. Browse around to learn pricing from existing products. Be reasonable. You can always ask us, we will be happy to help set the price point.
Freebies
If you have 5 or more paid products we can allow freebies. 1-2 of your products can be free.
Refunds
Usually not - subscriptions will come one day and this may change things.
